FAQ What is our typical turnaround time? Of course this depends on the proportions of the project but a typical turnaround time would be: 1. We receive the script in Word etc with a detailed brief and a list of requirements such as which voice the customer is looking for, (male, female, young, old) we are then able to leave a quote within 24 hours. 2. After a quote is approved voice samples are then sent out within 24hrs for Scandinavian and Euoropean languages, with other languages taking 3 working days. 3. After the voice samples are approved, we are able to start recordings within 5 working days. 4.The time taken for recording, editing and naming files etc depends on the scale of the project but after script approval we are usually able to deliver within 5-7 working days. Please note that the turnaround time above is estimated time What type of equipment do you we use in our studio? (software and hardware)? Technical Info: TMP has five fully equipped recording studios in Gothenburg and Stockholm and all studios are running MAC OSX, with the latest Digidesign Protools 7, HD/ Digi002. Alt rec.system: Voicepro. Microphones we use are Neumann TLM 103, U87, M149 etc. Audio processor Focusrite ISA 430 MKII For scripting and batch renaming we use a OSX based software called Name Those File. For editing,Processing & Mastering we have BIAS PEAK PRO 5.Alt. SW: Soundforge (PC) TMP can create surround sound mixes in 5.1 and we have a large database with soundeffects connected to all studios. ISDN Studio/audio connections: APTX Tokyo, Source-Connect.
